Virginia, built in 1901. Dismantled in 1984 by Richard
Gordon, a well known Madison, Virginia cabinet and furniture
joiner who moved the building to the foothills of the Blue
Ridge Mountains in beautiful Madison County, near the
Rapidan River.
Located
on two wooded acres in the middle of Central Virginia. The
house just recently has been beautifully renovated and
appointed with family antiques and paintings. The Great Room
with a wood burning stove consists of a formal living room,
library with game table and a formal dining room opening on
to the downstairs deck with a pond.

Vineyards, University of Virginia, and Antique Shops.

registered beagle pack in the United States.
Friendly conversation begins your
day with a full country breakfast with candle light, served
in the downstairs dining room or weather permitting on the
deck / patio.

opening to the guest living room and deck.. Burke room is a
family room with twin beds and a loft for an additional
